    Book a tour from a website:
    Follow these steps:
    1. Visit the website: while visiting our website go to offering the tour you’re interested in.
    2. Log In Through Google: You can create your own account or directly log in through your google account from our website for future booking references.
    3. Search for tours: Use the website’s search function to find tours that match your interests, destination, or activity.
    4. Select a tour: Choose the tour you want to book and click on it to view more details, such as the itinerary, price, and availability.
    5. Check availability: Ensure the tour is available on your preferred date and time.
    6. Book online: Click the “Book Now” or “Book Online” button to start the booking process.
    7. Provide details: Fill out the booking form with your personal details, such as name, email, and phone number.
    8. Choose options: Select any additional options or upgrades, such as accommodation or transportation.

    Every tour has a different cancelation policy and detail about the cancelation of that relevant tour can be found under tat tour section. Whereas our general cancelation policy defines that booking once made cannot be cancelled and can only be amended with a due notice period of 48 hours prior of trip commencement. Failure to turn up in the designated location for an Activity by the specified departure time shall be considered as Service used or a No Show.

    Due to any operational reasons if Buzz Adventure Tours FZ LLC fails to provide the mentioned trip, alternate options will be provided on any other date and time if agreed by the client or customer. If alternate option is not suitable, amount will be refunded after deduction of nominal service charges (if applicable).
